Abstract:
The present invention relates to a molding compound having a novel structure, and to a product for producing water having a reduced alkali content molded therefrom, wherein said molding compound can be molded into the product capable of producing water having a reduced alkali content without using a separate tool for producing water having a reduced alkali content. According to the present invention, a molding compound having an alkali-reducing function is provided, which is intended for being molded into a vessel into which water can be filled, and which includes 50 to 90 parts by weight of a synthetic resin, 2 to 30 parts by weight of magnesium, and 2 to 30 parts by weight of potassium. When water is filled into the molded product, the magnesium and potassium react with the water to produce water having a reduced alkali content.
