Abstract:
In order to enable subscribers to a monitoring service to cooperate with each other in confirming the safety of a monitored subject, this monitoring control device is provided with; a watcher determination unit which uses the communication state of equipment included in a home network of multiple subscribers to determine a watcher to be paired with a monitored subject from among a plurality of users; and a reporting unit which, when an abnormal situation with the monitoring subject has occurred, reports the abnormal situation to the watcher.
