Abstract:
A monitoring meter (4) installing device and installing method. The monitoring meter (4) installing device comprises: a main pipe (1), the main pipe (1) comprising a main body sluice valve (13), a first pipe body (11) adapted to be connected to a shield pipe segment (8), and a second pipe body (12) adapted to be connected to a drilling machine (7), and the first pipe body (11) and the second pipe body (12) being connected by means of the main body sluice valve (13); a branch pipe (2), one end of the branch pipe (2) being arranged on the second pipe body (12), and the other end of the branch pipe (2) extending in a direction away from the shield pipe segment (8); and an installing part (3), adapted to be connected to a monitoring meter (4), and suitable for pushing the monitoring meter (4) to move in the main pipe (1) and the branch pipe (2). According to the monitoring meter (4) installing device and installing method, a water pressure monitoring device at the back of a shield pipe segment (8) can be installed effectively and reliably, water gushing risks of in-hole drilling in a pressurized-water environment are reduced, and safety is improved.
