A motor, comprising: a motor stator (1), a motor rotor (2), a radial bearing, and a motor casing (5); the motor stator (1) is sleeved over the motor rotor (2) and is positioned inside the motor casing (5), and comprises a motor stator iron core (11), a motor winding (12), and a winding packaging (13); the motor stator iron core (11) is sleeved over the motor rotor (2); the motor winding (12) is wound on the motor stator iron core (11); the winding packaging (13) is wrapped on the motor winding (12); and the radial bearing is sleeved over the motor rotor (2) and positioned between the winding packaging (13) and the motor rotor (2), and with the motor rotor (2) forms a radial gap in the radial direction. The present motor, by means of the winding packaging (13) wrapped on the motor winding (12) and the radial bearing being mounted between the winding packaging (13) and the motor rotor (2), fully uses the space inside the winding packaging (13), effectively reducing the axial size of the motor and greatly reducing the volume of the motor, increasing the power density of the motor.
