Abstract:
A rotor system, relating to the technical field of rotors, and comprising: a rotating shaft (100), a thrust bearing (200), a power generator (300), a compressor (400), and a turbine (500). The rotating shaft (100) is an integral structure; the power generator (300), the compressor (400), the thrust bearing (200), and the turbine (500) are sequentially sleeved on the rotating shaft (100); the power generator (300) comprises a generator body and radial bearings (302, 303) provided at both ends of the generator body; the radial bearings (302, 303) are embedded between the generator body and the rotating shaft (100), and form radial gaps with the rotating shaft (100) in the radial direction. Configuring the rotating shaft (100) as an integral structure solves the problem of poor stability of the rotor system caused by the deviation in coaxiality when connecting is implemented by means of a coupling; moreover, improving the structure of the power generator (300) effectively reduces the axial size of the power generator (300), thereby greatly reducing the axial size of the rotor system and further improving the stability and dynamic performance of the rotor system.
