Disclosed is a motor control device provided with: an acceleration/deceleration processing unit (5) which performs acceleration/deceleration processing according to acceleration/deceleration parameters in which an inputted operation command is set and which outputs a generated servo command; a servo control unit (6) for controlling the motor drive torque such that the motor of the controlled device is driven according to the aforementioned servo command; a power supply unit (2) for supplying the servo control unit with the DC power converted from a commercial power source; and an electrical storage device (3) for supplying the servo control unit with DC power complementing the DC power supplied to the servo control unit from the aforementioned power supply unit. The motor control device is further provided with an acceleration/deceleration parameter setting unit (4) for calculating and generating acceleration/deceleration parameters set in the acceleration/deceleration processing unit (5) on the basis of the amount of power stored in the electrical storage device (3). By this means a motor control device is obtained which is capable of always operating the motor of the controlled device under appropriate accelerating and deceleration conditions without being affected by operation patterns or the state of the amount of stored power.
