Abstract:
A motor magnetic material, prepared by the following components in parts by weight: 15-20 parts of iron oxide, 43-45 parts of manganese, 0.5-1.2 parts of neodymium oxide, 4-5 parts of zinc, 25-35 parts of polyamide, 1-3 parts of titanium, 10-15 parts of calcium carbonate, 12-21 parts of molybdenum, 10-15 parts of barium carbonate, 11-14 parts of vanadium, 3-5 parts of calcium, 0.2-0.8 part of strontium carbonate, 15-20 parts of silicon dioxide, 13-32 parts of copper, 21-24 parts of niobium, 0.5-1.2 parts of molybdenum dioxide, 2-6 parts of phenolic resin, 1-3 parts of samarium, 12-21 parts of cobalt, 2-6 parts of a dispersant, and 4-9 parts of a binding agent. The advantages of said material are: by means of rapid cooling and secondary temperature-raising of a blank body, a crystal structure in the blank body is obviously changed compared with primary firing, and the crystal arrangement is more smooth. A Curie temperature of a prepared magnet exceeds 280°C, and power consumption of the magnet is much lower than the prior art.
