Abstract:
A novel protective antirust agent for petroleum research instruments is made from the following components in parts by weight: 11-17 parts of a waxy material, 50-55 parts of mica iron oxide, 3-8 parts of a resin, 5-10 parts of a polyamide curing agent, 11-13 parts of fatty acid, 50-80 parts of an alcohol acid antirust paint, 2-4 parts of aliphatic amine, 10-15 parts of cobalt manganese rare earth, 5-11 parts of a metal corrosion inhibitor, 2-3 parts of zinc naphthenate, 1-9 parts of a surfactant, 12-28 parts of isopropanol, 13-24 parts of acetone, 2-5 parts of triethanolamine, and 1-4 parts of benzotriazole. The advantage lies in that the antirust agent can form a layer of antirust film on the surface of a device, and the antirust film has strong adhesion and good pressure resistance, protects against not only water and rust but also corrosion, produces a good protection for devices, improves the performance index of the devices, and prolongs the service life.
