Abstract:

A mounting method for a shield tail of a shield tunneling machine. The shield tail (10) comprises a plurality of arc pieces comprising an upper arc plate (11) and a lower arc plate (12) arranged opposite one another, and two side arc plates (13) connected between the upper arc plate (11) and the lower arc plate (12). The mounting method comprises: step S10, pre-mounting a lower arc plate (12) on a base platform (20); step S20, lengthening the length of a traveling beam (40) on a shield center (30) of a shield tunneling machine; step S30, mounting a first supporting rod (51) between the lower arc plate (12) and the traveling beam (40); step S40, pre-mounting side arc plates (13) to connect the side arc plates (13) to the traveling beam (40); and step S50, pre-mounting an upper arc plate (11). By means of the method, the problem in the prior art of the mounting precision of a shield tail of a shield tunneling machine not being high can be effectively solved.
