Abstract:
A sealing method for a shield tail (20) sealing system for a shield tunneling machine (50). The method comprises: step S30: applying grease to sealing brushes (10) of the shield tail (20) sealing system; step S40: making shield tail gaps (1) between the inner wall of the shield tail (20) and the outer walls of segments (30) be kept within a first preset range; and step S50, forming a sealing cavity (2) by each portion enclosed by each sealing brush (10), the inner wall of the shield tail (20) and the outer wall of each segment (30), and injecting the grease into each sealing cavity (2) to make the pressure in the sealing cavity (2) reach a preset sealing pressure value.
