The present invention provides a mounting orientation adjustment stand for a cooking container with which a cooking container is easily mounted in a certain mounting orientation with respect to a cooking device. Provided is an adjustment stand 100 to be used in automated cooking equipment 10 comprising a cooking container holding unit 11 that removably holds and displaces a cooking container P according to a cooking procedure, a cooking container transfer unit 12 that transfers the cooking container holding unit 11 to various conveying positions, and a cooking device 13 that removably holds the cooking container P to cook while causing the cooking container P to rotate, the adjustment stand 100 comprising: an adjustment stand body 110 that positions and adjusts the mounting orientation of the cooking container P with respect to the cooking device 13, and is configured to receive the cooking container P; an annular container-bearing plate 120 on which the cooking container P is rotatably placed; a bearing plate raising and lowering mechanism 130 that raises and lowers the container-bearing plate 120; and a positioning member 140 which is placed on a top surface 111a of the adjustment stand body 110 to position the mounting orientation of the cooking container P about a rotation axis C1 with respect to the cooking device 13.
