The purpose of the present invention is to reduce weight and costs while maintaining the mounting strength of fixtures on a wall board. A storage shelf (10) is mounted to a wall board (18) via a reinforcing thin panel (24) and a rivet (26) made of a synthetic resin. The reinforcing thin panel (24) is mounted to an inner surface (22A) of a surface material (22) at a location at which the storage shelf (10) is to be disposed. A rivet insertion hole (25) is formed to penetrate through the surface material (22) and the reinforcing thin panel (24). Leg pieces (2804) of the rivet (26) that has been temporarily assembled are inserted into the rivet insertion hole (25) from a mounting hole (1602) of the storage shelf (10), and a flange part (2802) is brought into contact with a second vertical panel (16). An expansion shaft part (30B) of an expansion member (30) is pushed into an inner peripheral part of a member to be expanded (28), causing leg piece portions (28A) that have been expanded to a larger dimension than the diameter of the rivet insertion hole (25) to be formed on the leg pieces (2804) protruding from the reinforcing thin panel (24).
