Abstract:
A moving bed adsorption tower. The moving bed adsorption tower comprises a tower body (1) and a distributor (2). A cavity is formed in the tower body (1). The tower body (1) is provided with a feed port (111), a discharge port (141), a flue gas inlet (131) and a flue gas outlet (121) which are in communication with the cavity. The cavity has an air inlet section (13), a material filling section (12) and a material adding section (11) in a flue gas flow direction. The material filling section (12) is used for filling an adsorbent. The distributor (2) is disposed in the tower body (1). The distributor (2) is provided with multiple blanking ports (22) arranged at intervals. The distributor (2) is located below the material packing section (12), such that the adsorbent in the material packing section (12) flows out through the blanking ports (22). The blanking ports (22) comprise a first portion and a second portion. The blanking ports (22) in the first portion are arranged surrounding the blanking ports (22) in the second portion. The average cross-sectional area of the blanking ports (22) in the first portion is greater than the average cross-sectional area of the blanking ports (22) in the second portion. The moving bed adsorption tower has the advantages of uniform blanking speed and uniform adsorption effects.
