Abstract:
The present application relates to a storage component and a preparation method therefor. The storage component comprises: a substrate and multiple storage units arranged in an array on the substrate. The storage units in adjacent rows are misaligned in the direction of the rows, and the distance between two adjacent storage units in any one row is a first distance. The storage units in adjacent columns are misaligned in the direction of the columns, and the distance of the misalignment is smaller than the first distance. The storage component and the preparation method therefor further enhance the integration density of the storage units in a storage component and effective reduce the contact resistance between the storage units and bit lines, so as to ensure the high density integration capabilities as well as good and stable storage performance of the storage component.
