Abstract:
Provided is a moving body operation management device that makes safe and efficient take-off and landing possible when a plurality of drones are approaching one take-off and landing port. A moving body operation management device 411 manages the operation of a plurality of first moving bodies 105 that are each loaded with a conveyance target 305 which is an article or a person, and that each move from a departure location to an arrival location in accordance with an instructed route. The moving body operation management device 411 comprises: a movement time prediction calculation unit 706 that calculates the movement times of the first moving bodies 105; an occupation probability calculation unit 707 that calculates the probability that a take-off and landing port 306 which the first moving bodies 105 take off from and land at will be occupied by the first moving bodies 105 on the basis of movement time uncertainty, which is calculated using information that affects the operation of each of the plurality of first moving bodies 105; and a usage plan optimization unit 708 that plans so that the take-off and landing port 306 will be occupied by the first moving bodies 105 at all times.
