Abstract:
A multi-angle-of-view image super-resolution reconstruction method and apparatus based on meta-imaging, and a device, which relate to the technical field of image reconstruction. The method comprises: collecting multi-angle-of-view images of an object to be subjected to reconstruction (S101); selecting, from the multi-angle-of-view images, a target multi-angle-of-view image where the resolution of which is lower than a preset resolution (S102); and inputting the target multi-angle-of-view image into a pretrained image reconstruction model, so as to obtain a reconstructed multi-angle-of-view image of said object, wherein the pretrained image reconstruction model is obtained by means of performing training by using a plurality of images where the resolutions of which are lower than a first preset resolution threshold value, and corresponding images where the resolutions of which are higher than a second preset resolution threshold value (S103). By using a redundant sampling characteristic between multi-angle-of-view images, a multi-angle-of-view image having a relatively high resolution is restored by means of a relatively small number of scans; and finally, by using a neural network model, the reconstruction of multi-angle-of-view images having a low resolution is realized. Therefore, problems such as the number of scans when a light field is traditionally scanned to perform image reconstruction being excessive, and the accuracy of a restored multi-angle-of-view resolution image being low are solved.
