Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a multi-channel semiconductor laser, a LiDAR system, and a vehicle. The multi-channel semiconductor laser comprises a circuit board and at least two laser-light emission units, wherein the circuit board is configured to control laser chips respectively corresponding to the at least two laser-light emission units to emit laser beams, the laser chips comprising a first laser chip for emitting laser beams of a frequency-modulated continuous wave type and a second laser chip for emitting laser beams of a pulse type, and the linewidth of the laser beams of the frequency-modulated continuous wave type being smaller than that of the laser beams of the pulse type.
