Abstract:
A multi-compartment neuron model operation apparatus, which is used for performing operation on a multi-compartment neuron model, each multi-compartment neuron model comprising a plurality of compartments. The apparatus comprises a coupling unit, and a plurality of operation units, which are connected to the coupling unit, wherein each of the operation units is used for performing operation by taking the compartment corresponding thereto as a virtual neuron, so as to obtain an initial membrane potential of the compartment; a plurality of compartments of the same multi-compartment neuron model correspond to different operation units; and the coupling unit is used for acquiring the initial membrane potentials, which are obtained by the operation units, for performing operation according to the initial membrane potentials of the compartments of the same multi-compartment neuron model, so as to obtain final membrane potentials of the compartments, and for sending the final membrane potentials to the operation units corresponding to the compartments.
