Abstract:
Provided in the embodiment of the invention are a system and a method for coking and flue gas treatment. The system comprises a coking device, an oxygen supply unit, a gas supply unit, a flow adjusting unit, a gas activation unit, and a gas treatment unit. In the embodiment of the invention, the flow adjusting unit can adjust the oxygen concentration in combustion-supporting gas by adjusting the gas flow, such that the oxygen concentration in the combustion-supporting gas is greater than the oxygen concentration in the air. Therefore, oxygen-enriched combustion is achieved, the generation of nitric oxide in coke furnace flue gas can be reduced, and carbon dioxide in waste gas after combustion is enriched, which facilitates the capture and utilization of carbon dioxide. Carbon dioxide and water vapor in the coke furnace flue gas are treated by the gas activation unit and the gas treatment unit to obtain synthesis gas. The synthesis gas can be used as a chemical raw material. Therefore, the emission of carbon dioxide is reduced, waste is turned into wealth, and low-carbon emission reduction and green production are achieved.
