Abstract:
A multi-function T-tube (1) comprising a longitudinal arm (4) and a transverse arm (10). The T-tube (1) is provided with a T-tube lumen (11). A drug-infusion tube (5) and an air-infusion tube (6) are arranged in the T-tube (1). One end of the drug-infusion tube (5) is extended from the upper portion of the longitudinal arm (10) to form a drug-infusion port (2) which is provided with a self-closed valve (3). The other end of the drug-infusion tube (5) is extended from one end of the transverse arm (10). One end of the air-infusion tube (6) is extended from the upper portion of the longitudinal arm (10) to form an air-infusion port (8) which is provided with a self-closed valve (7). Each of the other two ends of the air-infusion tube (6) is connected to a balloon (9) respectively. The two balloons (9) are contained in the left portion and the right portion of the transverse arm (10) respectively. A screw cap is provided on the self-closed valve (3) of the drug-infusion port. The multi-function T-tube is used for cholangiography and treatment of bile duct strictures, and for performing hemostasis by balloon-obstruction in the common bile duct and medicine hemostasis treatment in the closed bile duct simultaneously.
