Abstract:
The present application provides a multi-functional high-voltage connector and a battery product, the connector comprising a base and an upper cover. The upper cover comprises: an outer casing having a first sloping opening portion; and an inner casing provided with a first guide portion. The base comprises: an outer base body having a second sloping opening portion; and an inner base body provided with a second guide portion. The first sloping opening portion of the outer casing is capable of engaging with the second sloping opening portion of the outer base body. The first guide portion of the inner casing is capable of engaging with the second guide portion of the inner base body. The first sloping opening portion of the outer casing is a sloping opening structure, which reduces the weight of the upper cover, and facilitates assembly and disassembly of the upper cover with the base. The first guide portion of the inner casing engages the second guide portion of the inner base body so as to guide assembly of the upper cover with the base, and engagement can be reliably achieved by visual positioning, thereby ensuring precision of assembly of the upper cover and the base without requiring multiple assembly operations, and accordingly significantly improving assembly efficiency and precision of the multi-functional high-voltage connector.
