The present application discloses a multi-split air conditioner control method, a multi-split air conditioner, and a computer-readable storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: receiving an indoor unit starting instruction, and determining a target evaporation temperature of a target indoor unit, the target indoor unit being an indoor unit to be started that corresponds to the indoor unit starting instruction or a started indoor unit; executing a preset operation, the preset operation comprising at least one of the following: adjusting a compressor operation frequency of the multi-split air conditioner according to the target evaporation temperature and an actual evaporation temperature of the started indoor unit; adjusting an opening degree of an electronic expansion valve of the started indoor unit according to a target superheat degree of the started indoor unit; and controlling, according to a preset step number, an electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit to be started to be gradually opened.
