Abstract:
A multi-stage lead paste precipitation and sorting method for a waste lead-acid storage battery, comprising: step S1: crushing the waste lead-acid storage battery; step S2: extracting the lead paste; step S3: precipitating the lead paste; step S4: extracting the lead paste; step S5: performing secondary precipitation on the lead paste; and step S6: performing acid solution treatment. A plurality of precipitations is performed on the lead paste by means of a scraper and a precipitation tank, which can fully play the role of a clarifying agent, and the lead paste is fully precipitated in an acid solution, and then the acid water containing a small amount of lead paste is used to provide high-pressure water flushing for crushing and sorting, which improves the sorting efficiency of the lead paste and reduces the mutual doping rate of material sorting. The overall sorting precision of the entire system is improved. Therefore, the sorting precision is ensured while significantly improving the capacity of a device, the waste of lead waste is reduced, and the environmental pollution is reduced.
