Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a phase shifter and an antenna. The phase shifter comprises a first substrate, a second substrate disposed opposite thereto, and a dielectric layer diposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. The first substrate comprises a first base substrate, and a first electrode layer disposed at a side of the first base substrate near the dielectric layer. The second substrate comprises a second base substrate, and a second electrode layer and a reference voltage feeding terminal disposed at a side of the second base substrate near the dielectric layer. The reference voltage feeding terminal is connected to the second electrode layer. One of the first electrode layer or the second electrode layer comprises a main structure and a branch structure connected to the main structure. If the first electrode layer comprises the main structure and the branch structure, an orthographic projection of an end of the branch structure away from the main structure onto the first base substrate coincides with an orthographic projection of the second electrode layer onto the first base substrate. If the second electrode layer comprises the main structure and the branch structure, an orthographic projection of an end of the branch structure away from the main structure onto the first base substrate coincides with an orthographic projection of the first electrode layer onto the first base substrate.
