Abstract:
A multi-tower integrated crushing system which is vertically arranged and environmentally friendly, and a crushing process thereof. Said integrated crushing system comprises a material crushing production line and at least two closed single buildings (8); each single building (8) is correspondingly provided with vertically arranged shelves (22, 23) therein, each shelf (22, 23) is provided with at least two tiers, tiers of one shelf (22, 23) have a height difference therebetween, and the tiers of the shelf (22, 23) are placed, according to material feeding, crushing and sieving sequence, with crushers (2, 3, 4) or a vibration sieve (5) or a feeding machine (1); a plurality of air ports are provided on the outer wall of the single building (8), the air ports are connected to a negative pressure fan (19) through a connecting air pipe, or a sewage pool (21) is provided at the bottom of the shelf (22, 23), and a spraying nozzle (20) is provided on the inner wall of the single building (8). Said integrated crushing system places, in a collective manner, all of the material equipment in a plurality of closed single buildings (8), effectively solving noise and dust pollution while saving land.
