Abstract:
Disclosed are a multi-tower vertical arrangement type integrated building-block turret crushing system and a crushing process therefor. The integrated system comprises a material crushing production line and at least two enclosed or semi-enclosed individual buildings (8), wherein each of the individual buildings (8) is internally correspondingly provided with a vertically arranged shelf (15, 16); a crusher (2, 3, 4), a vibrating screen (5) or a feeder (1) is arranged and placed on each layer of the shelf (15, 16) in a material feeding, crushing and screening order; and the individual buildings (8) have a building-block-type modular adjustable assembly structure or of a rapid spare part mounting and dismounting structure or of a yurt structure. The integrated system arranges all the material apparatuses in a centralized manner, facilitates centralized management, can significantly save on the amount of land occupied and facilitate operation and management, can reduce noise and dust pollution, and can be reused for demolishing multiple times.
