Abstract:
A multi-tower vertical integrated maintenance and crushing system, comprising a material crushing production line and at least two single buildings (8). Each single building (8) is correspondingly provided with a vertically arranged mounting rack. Each mounting rack is provided with at least two layers. There is a difference between the heights of the layers of the same mounting rack. Crushers (3, 4) or a vibrating screen (5) or a feeder (1) is orderly arranged on the layers of the mounting rack according to material feed crushing screens. The single floor (8) consists of top plates (27), bottom plates (26), and side plates (25). Movable plates (17) capable of turning laterally and allowing people to stand are arranged at positions where the side plates (25) and a transverse supporting frame (7) are connected. The multi-tower vertical integrated maintenance and crushing system has the advantages of concentrated arrangement and concentrated management, thereby reducing the floor area and facilitating operations and maintenance.
