Abstract:
A single-floor vertical type hopper crushing device, comprising a multi-layer crusher placement holder which is arranged vertically. Material crushers are sequentially arranged on different layers of the crusher placement holder from top to bottom by the material crushing order, and comprise a first crusher (2) located on a first layer and a second crusher (3) located on a second layer. An outlet of the first crusher is connected to an inlet of the second crusher. A hopper comprises an oblique hopper and a vertical hopper. A front end of the inlet of the first crusher (2) located on the first layer is connected to a feeder (1). A rear end of the outlet of the second crusher (3) located on the second layer is connected to a vibrating screen (6) and a transmission belt (7). By vertically arranging all the material crushing and screening devices in a centralized manner, and designing a vertical abutting joint structure, the use of a transmission device is reduced.
