Abstract:
Provided is a multifunctional health pot, comprising a pot body (1), a pot lid (2), an inner pot (3), and a small steaming basket (4); the pot body (1) is provided with a spout (11) and a top opening (12); the pot lid (2) is coveringly disposed on the top opening (12) of the pot body (1); steam holes (30) are formed in the side wall and/or the bottom wall of the inner pot (3); a support protrusion (13) is disposed on the inner side wall of the pot body (1) below the spout (11); the inner pot (3) is disposed in the pot body (1) and the upper periphery of the inner pot (3) is supported on the support protrusion (13); the lower part of the pot lid (2) extends into the pot body (1) by way of the top opening (12) and presses down on the inner pot (3). The health pot uses the high-temperature steam in the pot to steam-cook food in the inner pot; the steam removes a large amount of sugar from the food, such that the cooked food in the inner pot contains less sugar, thus meeting the food requirements of elderly people who have hyperglycemia or hypertension or of patients who have diabetes.
