Abstract:
A multifunctional rubber vulcanization additive, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The multifunctional rubber vulcanization additive is at least one represented by structural formula (I), wherein R1 is selected from any one in formula (II), and n≥3. The multifunctional rubber vulcanization additive has excellent vulcanization properties, also has the effect of an accelerant, can replace at least two or more additives, is fast in feeding and uniform in dispersion, does not cause a blooming phenomenon in both rubber compounding and rubber vulcanization, does not cause reversion during high-temperature vulcanization, achieves better mechanical properties of vulcanized rubber than conventional compounds, has good wet slip resistance, and can improve production efficiency and special properties of rubber products.
