Abstract:
Disclosed is a preparation process for depleted anhydrous zinc acetate, comprising the following steps: (i) preparing a depleted diethylzinc n-hexane solution; (ii) carrying out a metathesis reaction; and (iii) separating out a depleted anhydrous zinc acetate product. The purity of the depleted anhydrous zinc acetate product prepared by the method of the present invention can reach 99.8% or above, without needing to then carry out product purification. The operation is simple, industrial amplification can be easily carried out, and the depleted anhydrous zinc acetate product can be used for preparing downstream product depleted zinc acetate dihydrate, which is used for nuclear power zinc addition; the method of the present invention is a one-step reaction, the reaction yield can reach 95% or above, and raw materials can be efficiently utilized. In the method of the present invention, depleted diethylzinc is diluted by using n-hexane to obtain a depleted diethylzinc n-hexane solution of a specific concentration, which can improve the safety factor of reactions, and can be completed without requiring protection by an inert gas.
