Abstract:
The present invention provides a multilayer ceramic capacitor which is provided with an internal electrode that is capable of maintaining the coverage relatively high even if formed into a thin layer. A multilayer ceramic capacitor (1) is provided with a multilayer body (2) having: a plurality of laminated dielectric layers (3) formed of a ceramic; and a plurality of internal electrodes (4, 5) respectively disposed along a plurality of interfaces between the dielectric layers (3). The internal electrodes (4, 5) contain at least one selected from among CuTiO3, CoTiO3, and CrTiO3, in addition to a conductive metal component. The internal electrodes (4, 5) preferably contain copper as a conductive component.
