Abstract:
A multilayer film (1) comprises: a first film (11) that serves as a base material film; and a coating layer (14) that is provided to one surface of the first film (11) and that includes an alkoxysilane hydrolysate and an alkoxysilane dehydration-condensation reaction product. At the surfaces of the coating layer (14), the amount of SiOH+, which is obtained using a time-of-flight type secondary ion mass spectrometry and standardized according to the total positive ion amount, is within a range of 0.02-0.07.
