Abstract:
A laminate according to the present invention has a structure in which a plurality of liquid crystal polymer layers including a first liquid crystal polymer layer, a second liquid crystal polymer layer, and a third liquid crystal polymer layer are laminated in the Z-axis direction. Among the plurality of liquid crystal polymer layers, the first liquid crystal polymer layer is positioned furthest in the positive direction along the Z axis. Among the plurality of liquid crystal polymer layers, the third liquid crystal polymer layer is positioned furthest in the negative direction along the Z axis. One or more first conductor layers are positioned between the first liquid crystal polymer layer and the second liquid crystal polymer layer and/or between the second liquid crystal polymer layer and the third liquid crystal polymer layer. The gas permeability per unit volume of the first liquid crystal polymer layer and the gas permeability per unit volume of the third liquid crystal polymer layer are greater than the gas permeability per unit volume of the second liquid crystal polymer layer.
