Abstract:
The invention relates to a multilayer tube (3a, 3b), comprising a tubular inner film (4) made of modified polytetrafluoroethylene, and one or more layers (6) of a planar textile fibrous material, which is saturated with a curable resin, and optionally an outer film (7). The outer film is preferably made of UV impermeable material. The multilayer tube can be used for repairing pipes, but it can also be used as a stand-alone pipe for transporting fluids such as liquids and gases.
