Provided in the present disclosure are a multiplexing driving method, a multiplexing driving module and a display device. The multiplexing driving method comprises: in an initial time period, a source driver supplies initial voltages to pre-charge multiplexing switches; in a first charging time period, different non-pre-charge multiplexing switches are controlled to turn on in a time-sharing manner so as to write corresponding grayscale voltages to corresponding columns of non-pre-charge data lines by means the non-pre-charge multiplexing switches turned on in a time-sharing manner; in a second charging time period, a gate driving circuit controls corresponding rows of gate lines to turn on; different pre-charge multiplexing switches are controlled to turn on in a time-sharing manner; and the source driver supplies corresponding grayscale voltages to the pre-charge multiplexing switches so as to, by means of the pre-charge multiplexing switches turned on in a time-sharing manner, write corresponding grayscale voltages to pixel circuits located in corresponding rows that are electrically connected to corresponding columns of pre-charge data lines. The present disclosure increases the utilization rate of the source driver, and combines a passive charging mode and an active charging mode to increase the charging rate.
