Abstract:
Provided is a muscle training device with which a user can easily perform muscle training. This muscle training device comprises: a flat plate for a user to board; and a main body which can be attached/detached to/from the flat plate. The main body has: a base part; an elastic body provided to the base part; and a string having a first end section connected to the elastic body and a second end section positioned on the opposite side to the first end section. The elastic body is configured to apply, to the string, an elastic force against the tensile force caused when the second end section is pulled.
