Title:
MUTATED DNA POLYMERASES WITH INCREASED MISPAIRING DISCRIMINATION
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO2005074350
Kind Code:
A3
Abstract:
The invention relates to DNA polymerases with a special mutation, exhibiting increased mispairing discrimination. The invention also relates to the production and use thereof. The thermostable DNA polymerases with said mutation are particularly suitable for diagnostic and molecular biological methods, e.g. allele-specific PCR.
