Abstract:
A mutual-inductance contactless current starter for a commercial refrigeration compressor motor comprises a current transformer L1 and bidirectional controllable silicon T. One end (1) of a primary coil of the current transformer L1, one end (3) of a secondary coil of the current transformer L1 and a T1 pole of the bidirectional controllable silicon T are jointly connected to an end A of an alternating-current power supply. The other end (2) of the primary coil of the current transformer L1 is connected to a primary winding leading-out end M of a motor. The other end (4) of the secondary coil of the current transformer L1 is connected to a G pole of the bidirectional controllable silicon T. A T2 pole of the bidirectional controllable silicon T is connected to a secondary winding leading-out end S of the motor. A primary and secondary winding combination leading-out end L of the motor is connected to an end B of the alternating-current power supply. By using the current transformer L1 to sample the current of the motor, the power consumption can be effectively controlled; and the starter is energy-saving and highly efficient, has a simple circuit structure, a small number of components and high universality, can withstand high current, and improves the starting safety of the motor while ensuring reliable starting of the motor.
