Abstract:
A mutual-inductance contactless current starter for a commercial refrigeration compressor motor comprises a current transformer (L1) having a primary coil and a secondary coil, bidirectional controllable silicon (T) and a starting capacitor (C1). One end of the primary coil of the current transformer (L1), one end of the secondary coil of the current transformer (L1) and a T1 pole of the bidirectional controllable silicon (T) are jointly connected to an end A of an alternating-current power supply. The other end of the primary coil of the current transformer (L1) is connected to a primary winding leading-out end (M) of a motor. The other end of the secondary coil of the current transformer (L1) is connected to a G pole of the bidirectional controllable silicon (T). A T2 pole of the bidirectional controllable silicon (T) is connected to one end of the starting capacitor (C1). The other end of the starting capacitor (C1) is connected to a secondary winding leading-out end (S) of the motor. A primary and secondary winding combination leading-out end (L) of the motor is connected to an end B of the alternating-current power supply. The starter has the advantages of being energy-saving and highly efficient and having a simple circuit structure and high universality, can withstand high current, and ensures reliable and safe starting of the motor.
