Abstract:
Provided is a nanocoil material formation method that makes it possible to coil metal thin films with a greater variety of metals. The nanocoil material formation method comprises: a core member formation step S11 for forming a nanofiber resin core member; a metal thin film formation step S12 for forming a metal thin film on the surface of the core member formed in the core member formation step S11; and a plasma treatment step S13. The plasma treatment step S13 is a step for decomposing the core member and forming a nanocoil material comprising the metal material that formed the metal thin film by performing plasma treatment of the core member on which a metal thin film was formed in the metal thin film formation step S12 in an atmosphere that is most chemically stabilized when the ion valence of the metal thin film is 0. The present invention is characterized in that in the plasma treatment step S13, the plasma energy density is 0.08 W/cm3 to 1.5 W/cm3.
