Abstract:
[Problem] To provide: a screening member for use in building, said screening member being an air-permeable member which comprises a nanofiber laminate and which exhibits low light-blocking property and sufficient strength and can be manufactured at a low cost; and an apparatus for manufacturing the same. [Solution] A thin-film screening member for use in building, manufactured by: spraying a first polymer adhesive in the form of a fiber on a woven or knitted substrate which is composed of mono- or multi-filaments and which has large openings and high strength to form a finer net over the openings of the substrate and thus produce a reinforced substrate; spraying a second polymer adhesive in the form of a fiber having a diameter of 500nm to 10μm on the reinforced substrate so thinly as not to caulk the openings of the finer net; stacking nanofibers on the second polymer adhesive; bonding the nanofibers to the reinforced substrate in such a manner that the second polymer adhesive does not caulk the spaces among the nanofibers; and thus obtaining a nanofiber-laminated screening member which exhibits air-permeability and light transmission properties and which can capture pollen particles.
