Abstract:
A kind of natural anti-bacterial material and its use are disclosed. The natural anti-bacterial material is a fabric made of natural bamboo fibrous pulps or a blend fabric made of natural bamboo fibrous pulps and other fibers. It can be applied to medical dressing, gauze, bandage and can be used as the base of bandaid, diaper, sanitary towel or the like which contacts with wounded of body epidermis and musculature. It has been proved by tests that the present anti-bacterial material has favorable effects on resisting bacteria such as yellow staphylococcus, germs of MRSA, ringworm germs, etc. The invention is safer than the traditional anti-bacterial materials and has no poisonous and side effect. Furthermore, bamboo fibrous resources are extremely abundant so that it is unnecessary to fell excessively the timbers.
