Abstract:
A near-infrared gastric cancer test kit and a preparation method therefor. Under the action of 1-ethyl-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride (EDC) and N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS), a near-infrared fluorescence reagent aminated indocyanine green (ICG-NH2) is covalently coupled to a gastric cancer cell Her-2 monoclonal antibody (Her-2 mAb) by means of an amidation reaction, to form a novel gastric cancer cell test probe having near-infrared fluorescence characteristics. By means of the specific binding of Her-2 mAb to gastric cancer cells, ICG binds to the surface of gastric cancer cells or tumor tissue cells. By means of a fluorescence microscope or a laser confocal microscope and under excitation of a specific wavelength, rapid imaging test of gastric cancer cells and tumor tissues can be implemented. The kit has the characteristics of strong specificity, high sensitivity, and high resolution.
