Abstract:
A sound absorbing and insulating material, comprising a sound absorbing and insulating material body, wherein the sound absorbing and insulating material body is used for reducing intermediate-frequency noise and comprises a surface layer (11), a glue film layer (12) and a substrate layer (13), which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the surface layer (11) is a PET layer with a surface density of 200 g/m2 to 500 g/m2, the surface density of the glue film layer (12) is 80 g/m2 to 200 g/m2, the glue film layer (12) is a PP glue film or a PE glue film, and the substrate layer (13) is a PET layer with a surface density of 200 g/m2 to 800 g/m2. Further provided is an automotive carpet, which comprises a carpet surface and a felt, wherein the carpet surface is arranged above the felt and is prepared from the sound absorbing and insulating material. The sound absorbing and insulating material can effectively reduce intermediate-frequency noise, and has good sound absorbing and insulating effects at a frequency band of 400-1600 Hz.
