Abstract:
A negative pressure pump is provided with a resinous housing main body formed into a bottomed cylinder shape having an opening in one end and including a bottom surface and inner peripheral surface that section off a pump chamber on the inside, a resinous housing cover welded to the inner peripheral surface and used to close the opening, and a vane partitioning the pump chamber, the vane being slidably supported by a rotor rotatably driven with the rotational axis being in a position eccentric from the center of the pump chamber, and the shape of the inner peripheral surface being able to cause the housing cover to butt against the vane when the housing cover is welded to the inner peripheral surface.
