Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a nested box body conversion node, comprising an outer box body, an inner box body, a connection partition plate, a cross plate, a set of vertical stiffening plates, a set of partition plates, and a set of bin dividing plates, wherein the inner box body is provided in the outer box body; the connection partition plate is provided below the inner box body; the cross plate is provided in the outer box body and located below the connection partition plate; the vertical stiffening plates are arranged between the outer box body and the inner box body; each partition plate is arranged at the corner of the inner box body, and the two sides of the partition plate are connected to two adjacent vertical stiffening plates; and the bin dividing plates and the cross plate are arranged in a crossed mode. The nested box body conversion node of the present invention is simple in structure and reasonable in design; the outer box body and the inner box body are nested and molded, the box bodies are connected into a whole by means of the connection partition plate, the vertical stiffening plates, and the partition plates, and the cross plate and the cross bin dividing plates are additionally arranged at the bottom of the outer box body, and thus, the structure of the conversion node is optimized, thereby being capable of greatly improving the overall stability and stress performance of the conversion node structure, and improving the later use safety of the conversion node structure.
