Abstract:
Disclosed is a construction process for a triangular stepping stair. The specific construction process is as follows: according to a design drawing, a stepping stair is divided into stair sections and stepping sections; the stair sections and the stepping sections are divided into parts; the stair sections are assembled and welded; the stepping sections are assembled and welded; the stair sections and the stepping sections are gathered and assembled, and the two are welded by means of single-sided fillet welding; a stiffening plate is arranged at a notch of a cover plate of a first stepping section, the stiffening plate and the stair sections are fixed by using partial penetration single-sided welding, and the stiffening plate and the stepping sections are fixed by using double-sided fillet welding; and after passing inspection, sandblasting may be performed for rust removal and painting. In the present invention, the structure of the stair is optimized, and the entire construction process is also optimized. Moreover, according to the particularity of the structure, different welding methods are used for welding, which improves the quality of the entire stair, improves the structural stability and bearing capacity thereof, and also improves the use safety.
