Disclosed in embodiments of the present invention are a network access configuration method, a network access method, a communication device, and a storage medium. The network access configuration method comprises: obtaining network condition information; determining access resource allocation information and a network access policy according to the network condition information; and sending, to a user equipment, the access resource allocation information and the network access policy formed in the access resource allocation.
