Abstract:
An object of the present disclosure is to detect and quantify the expose terminal problem in wireless networks without adding special equipment. A data preprocessing unit (102) merges and filters wireless communication data and extracts features from the merged and filtered data. A fractional contention period distribution estimation unit (103) trains parameters of wireless transmission models and computes theoretical idle slot probability distributions between a first packet and a second packet. An active node estimation unit (104) computes, the number of active wireless communication devices having data to transmit at a location within a carrier sensing range of the wireless communication device to be tested. An exposed terminal classification unit (105) detects whether the first packet is exposed by the second packet or not. A wireless network analysis unit (106) outputs an analysis result performed on the detection result of the exposed terminal classification unit.
